Free Consultation and Assessment

Service Description

We offer a complimentary FREE consultation and assessment to all new clients. With this assessment we will take a look at a your current lifestyle, schedule, stressors, basic nutrition and historical experience with fitness and wellness. We will then go over your goals, needs and barriers to identify how to best approach our interventions for optimal overall wellness. This in-depth assessment will take about an hour and can be done virtually or in-studio.

All sessions are subject to 24hr cancellation policy - see policy details during sign-up Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel within 24hrs of your session. We will do our best to accommodate requests. Disclaimer: We do not provide psychotherapy and/or medical advice. We only provide insight and guidance on mental wellness and it is not within our scope to provide treatment for mental health psychopathy or disorders. However, we will work collaboratively and alongside a clients current team of professionals provided proper consent is obtained. All prices are subject to HST
