From there, our coaches craft a customized and realistic exercise program tailored specifically to you. But we don't stop at just exercise. Our program also focuses on stress management techniques to help you find balance in your busy life, establish healthy sleep routines for improved rest and recovery, and provide nutrition coaching to fuel your body optimally.

With a set number of in-person sessions for fitness coaching depending on the package, you'll receive hands-on support and guidance from our experienced trainers. Additionally, our virtual weekly check-ins ensure continuous assessment and growth, allowing us to adapt and refine your program as needed to keep you on track towards your goals.

Nutrition Consultations

Nutrition can be a complex and stress inducing idea for some of our clients. Talking about calories, macros, fad diets etc can be very confusing and there is so much misinformation and conflicting ideas out there.

 

Our philosophy when it comes to nutrition is keep it balanced, sustainable and realistic.

 

Our nutrition coaching service takes the guess work out of hitting a clients weekly calorie and macronutrient goals while also supporting our clients and keeping them accountable. We assess a clients current nutrition and will provide insight into changes that can be made. We will provide clients with initial nutrition goals and adjust them on bi-weekly basis for the duration of the program.

Online Pre-Fabricated Wellness Programs

Our pre-fabricated wellness programs will offer individuals the ability to follow along an online program designed to engage and help build your overall wellness.

 

We currently offer a 10-day meditation program that is designed to help even the most beginner increase and fall in love with meditation.
