Strength & Resilience Coaching

High-stress work demands more than another workout program.

Strength & Resilience Coaching

If you work in emergency services, healthcare, the military, or any role where the job follows you home, you already know that getting stronger in the gym only solves part of the problem.

The exhaustion, the disrupted sleep, the stress that never fully shuts off. A training program alone doesn't touch any of that.

Strength & Resilience Coaching is built on a simple premise:

Strength and resilience aren't built in isolation. They're built together.

This program combines individualized strength and conditioning with structured stress management, recovery, and lifestyle coaching. It's grounded in over a decade of frontline experience in crisis intervention and mental health work, paired with evidence-based training methods. No wellness buzzwords.

No hype. Just a realistic, structured approach to building the capacity your work demands.

Who This Is For

This program was built for first responders, healthcare workers, veterans, and high-stress professionals who:

  • Are physically run down and know training alone hasn't fixed it

  • Struggle with recovery, sleep, or stress that bleeds into everything else

  • Want a coach who actually understands the realities of frontline work

  • Are ready to put in consistent effort with structured support behind them

Real resilience requires both physical strength and the capacity to recover from what your work demands. This program is designed to build both.

How It Works

Strength & Resilience Coaching starts with a comprehensive assessment using a bio-psychosocial approach covering your training history, current stress load, sleep, recovery habits, and goals. From there, your program covers four areas:

Strength and conditioning: Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, in person or virtual, with an individualized program built for your body and your schedule.

Stress management and recovery:  Practical, evidence-based strategies for managing occupational stress, improving sleep, and actually recovering between shifts. Not generic advice. Tools matched to your specific situation.

Nutrition: Realistic nutrition guidance built around shift work and real life, with ongoing adjustments as you progress.

Ongoing monitoring and check-ins: Bi-weekly check-in calls plus weekly check-in forms so we catch problems early and adjust the plan before things stall. This is the difference between a program and coaching.

A Note on Scope

We do not provide psychotherapy or medical treatment.

This is coaching, grounded in clinical experience but clearly within its lane.
